‘de minimis’ aid

‘De minimis’ refers to something that is so small or trivial that law does not consider it. It is often used to describe exemptions in government rules and regulations. Aid of no more than EUR 200 000 granted over a period of three years is not regarded as state aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) TFEU.
