Budapest, 18 October 2024 – Wolf Theiss advised XPartners Samhällsbyggnad AB on its acquisition of engineering, design and consulting company Aqvila A/S along with its Hungarian subsidiary, Aqvila Consult Hungary Kft. This acquisition is a key milestone for XPartners, enabling the company to establish a strong foothold in the Danish market and bolster its presence across the broader Nordic region.

Founded in Aarhus in 2010, Aqvila A/S is recognised for its expertise in delivering comprehensive engineering solutions from initial planning to project management, with a particular focus on large-scale industrial projects and the Life Science sector. This strategic acquisition positions XPartners to expand its service portfolio while reinforcing its market presence in the region.
