Any Hungarian or foreign legal entity may become an Investor Member (Full Member) of HVCA if it invests its own or others’ assets (in exchange for an equity stake) into unlisted companies. In the case of foreign organizations, a condition of membership is that the legal entity or unincorporated organization must be registered in the company register corresponding to its governing law.

Designed for legal, financial, tax, consulting, and other professional service firms supporting the venture capital and private equity sector. Associate Members benefit from increased visibility, valuable industry connections, and opportunities to engage with key market participants through HVCA’s events and initiatives.

Any legal entity may become an Advisory Member (Associate Member) of HVCA whose activities are related to the venture capital and private equity industry and which wishes to support HVCA in achieving its objectives.

Any individual may become an Individual Member of HVCA who wishes to support HVCA in achieving its objectives and actively participates in the functioning of the PE/VC industry.
