Dr. Péter Puskás is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sycamore Capital Partners. As the founder of the private equity fund manager Sycamore Capital Partners, he has gained extensive experience across the full investment lifecycle—from establishing the fund and fundraising through acquisitions to exit transactions. In parallel, he leads the investment activities of the Vascular Group, where he has also been involved in venture capital investments. Between 2006 and 2021, he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he built deep expertise across multiple industries. He served as co-leader of the Central and Eastern European practices for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and the public sector. Péter earned his medical degree from Semmelweis University and his degree in economics from Corvinus University in Budapest. He later completed his MBA at INSEAD in Singapore.
