
András Szombati

András has over 20 years of venture capital experience, having accumulated a significant track record in investing in Hungarian high-growth SME-s. In his first VC Fund under the umbrella of Concorde Investment Banking group, he managed five start-ups and realized four successful exits. In 2010 together with two other VC professionals, he established Primus Capital Alapkezelő Zrt; a fully independent fund management company with 25M EUR under management. While at Primus he managed four early-stage companies and helped establish one of the first early-stage business accelerators in Hungary, iCatapult Zrt. with the intention to help regional start-ups to roll-out on the North-American market. Parallel to being an active VC investor, András has been on the Board member of the Hungarian Venture Capital Association for four years between 2011-15. After exiting from Primus Fund Management Zrt. He is now advising Solus Kockázati Tőkelap Zrt., and acts as a senior VC expert in residence for Input program.

Géza Deme

As an economist with a background in corporate finance at K&H Bank, Géza Deme worked as a member of the CEO’s team on reengineering the bank's corporate processes in year 2000. He was owner and managing director of a successful consultancy firm for trade finance and credit insurance solutions for 4 years. He became Deputy CEO and then CEO of CIB Faktor Zrt. from 2007. Then, in 2021 he was appointed to CEO and member of the Board of Start Garancia Zrt. Under his leadership, the company built up its operations to serve its new strategy. From 2023, he has been serving as Chairman and CEO of Széchenyi Alapok Zrt.

Áron Boros

Áron Boros graduated from Budapest Corvinus University in 1998 with a degree in Economics, majoring in Finance and minoring in Corporate Valuation. He began his professional career in commercial banking (OTP, MKB), working in the fields of corporate financing and treasury operations. Later, he transitioned to the consulting sector and earned a PhD from Kaposvár University in 2015. He has over two decades of experience in corporate management, financial consulting, and venture capital. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and CEO of Stradamus Zrt., under whose leadership the company was recognized as the Designated Advisor of the Year for 2023 on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) X-tend market in 2024. Starting in 2025, he will be a Supervisory Board member of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA). Previously, he held prominent positions such as Chairman and CEO of MKB Consulting Zrt. and Managing Director of OTP Hungaro-Projekt (2004–2013). He was a Board Member of Újpesti Vagyonkezelő Zrt. and served as Vice Chairman of the Board at Portfolion Venture Capital Fund Management Zrt. He was involved in founding Solus Capital and actively participated in the Investment Committee of one of its funds. Áron Boros has been engaged in venture capital since 2010 and plays a key role in developing financial solutions that support corporate growth. He further expanded his expertise by obtaining the Options and Futures Market Examination certification from the Broker Training Foundation.
