Dentons advises GetSwift on acquisition of a majority stake in European technology firm Logo d.o.o.

Dentons has advised GetSwift Limited, a leading provider of SaaS logistics technology, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Logo d.o.o. ('Logo'), an Information and Communications technology firm, creating a combined company with over 200 staff. With the acquisition of Logo, GetSwift can offer clients a suite of complementary services in areas including data centers, communications infrastructure, and Infosec, among others. The combined company’s offerings of both SaaS logistics and technical services will position it uniquely as a one-stop shop, enabling GetSwift to work with larger enterprise clients and accelerate its global expansion.

“We are very proud to have had the opportunity to support GetSwift on this transaction“, said Rob Irving, the co-chair of Dentons’ Europe and Global Private Equity groups. “Serving dynamic technology companies such as GetSwift is a key focus for Dentons in South Eastern Europe and globally.”

“We were pleased to have had Dentons by our side to facilitate a smooth and efficient acquisition process,” Bane Hunter, CEO at GetSwift, said.

The Dentons team was led by partners Rob Irving (Budapest) and Chris Fetzer (Washington, DC), supported by associates Kamran Pirani, Frantisek Ordódy and Gábor Velkey. Dentons worked alongside Serbian counsel Andric Law Office, led by Luka Andric.
